Malheureusement, au décès de notre mère, nous n'avons reçu ni témoignage de sympathies, ni représentant au salon funéraire, ni fleurs, ni cartes de la part des services administratifs, ni offre de rassembler d'autres résidents-amis en sa mémoire, ni accompagnements, ni soutien au moment de vider l'appartement ... rien.
La manière de faire par le personnel administratif de La Cité des Tours et du Groupe Maurice est à repenser lorsqu'un résident s'éteint. Au delà d'un contrat excessivement onéreux qui se termine, il y a la peine que vivent les proches et ils ont complètement passé à côté.
 Excellent daily service by the care staff on the floor in the Signature section. Unfortunately, at the death of our mother, we did not receive any sympathy, nor representative at the funeral home, nor flowers, nor maps from the administrative services, nor offer to gather other residents-friends in his memory, no accompaniment, no support when emptying the apartment ... nothing.
The way of doing things by the administrative staff of La Cité des Tours and Maurice Group is to rethink when a resident goes out. Beyond an excessively expensive contract that ends, there is the pain that live relatives and they have completely missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé livré un colis chez une dame au troisième étage, le personnel est accueillant, poli, l’intérieur est splendide, propre, beaucoup d’activités est proposé, j’ai pu entrevoir la salle de cinéma, le magasin géneral, le salon de coiffure. Les résidents que j’ai croisés étaient souriants, socialisaient, semblaient heureux
I went to deliver a package to a lady on the third floor, the staff are welcoming, polite, the interior is splendid, clean, lots of activities are offered, I could see the cinema room, the general store, the hair salon. The residents I passed were smiling, socializing, seemed happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'y suis jamais allé, mais je dois avouer que le résultat de la construction du complexe de résidence est fort jolie. Surtout, lorsque j'ai appris qu'une partie du bâtiment de l'ancienne usine Singer y a été intégré.... c'est vraiment super! Mais c'est quand même triste que d'avoir perdu le bâtiment "numéro un" pour y faire de l'exploration urbaine!
I have never been there, but I must admit that the result of the construction of the residence complex is very pretty. Especially when I learned that part of the building of the old Singer factory was integrated into it .... it's really great! But it's still sad to have lost the "number one" building for urban exploration!
