I posted this opinion three years ago let me tell you the things that are changing, With the pandemic and the workforce in general is difficult to have, But it's all in the way they are formed. at the moment the staff are insolent misinforming arrogant and uninterested in serving customers with respect. Le personnel ne semble pas réaliser que ces erreurs ce sont les clients qui les paient. Et n'essayez pas de rejoindre un responsable, cela fait deux semaines que j'attends. Mistakes over mistakes! Even after complaints, no corrective measures taken: "I will tell them to be more careful", I am told! The staff do not seem to realize that the customers pay for these mistakes. And don't try to reach a manager, I've been waiting for two weeks.
p	pascal 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service generalement lent à la pharmacie et tres lent au bureau de poste (comptoire de poste canada) mais rapide et courtoie à la caisse avant. bonne selection de produits edit, après plusieurs mois depuis la dernière fois j'ai décidé d'aller essayer à nouveau. accuillis rapidement à la pharmacie, le médicament sans ordonnance mais en arrière du comptoire à été préparé rapidement et expliqué, ensuite la personne vas porter mon médicament à la caisse de pharmacie juste à côté et me dit de my rendre pour payer.. ce que je fais mais la femme là me demande ce que je fais à son comptoire, je lui explique que c est sa collegue qui a mis mon médicament là et ma dit de venir payer... elle répond non tu dois aller attendre que je t appel... je lui explique qu il est prêt et juste là sous ses yeux... ben non rien à faire... et elle na pas appelé peraonne d autre car j étais le seul, croyer le ou non, elle ma fait attendre environs 8 minutes juste pour le plaisir sans raisons et pendant ce temps elle.ne faisait rien de plus.... faire attendre le.monde juste par plaisir... bravo, plus jamais Service generally slow at the pharmacy and very slow at the post office (canada post office) but fast and courteous at the front checkout. good selection of products edit, after several months since the last time I decided to give it another try. Quickly greeted at the pharmacy, the drug without prescription but behind the counter was quickly prepared and explained, then the person will take my medication to the pharmacy cashier next door and tell me to return it to pay .. what I do but the woman there asks me what I'm doing at her counter, I explain to her that it is her colleague who put my medicine there and told me to come and pay ... she answers no you have to go and wait for me to call you. .. I explain to her that he is ready and right there in front of her eyes ... well no nothing to do ... and she did not call anyone else because I was the only one, believe it or not, she made me wait around 8 minutes just for fun for no reason and during that time she was doing nothing more .... keep the world waiting just for fun ... bravo, never again

Depuis le début de la pandémie, nos colis sont dirigés à cette pharmacie lorsque nous ne sommes pas à la maison pour les accepter. Leur horaire ne respecte pas l’encart laisser par Postes Canada et les commentaires des clients dont les colis sont en otage sont ignorés. Nonobstant la frustration de se déplacer pour rien, il faut se déplacer au fond de la pharmacie pour apprendre que le comptoir postal est fermé parce que, même si j’ai donné le commentaire à plusieurs reprises depuis le mois de mars 2020, personne ne croit pertinent d’afficher sur la porte d’entrée l’horaire révisé du comptoir postal. C’est un manque de préoccupation flagrant pour sa clientèle. Si j’avais l’option de diriger mes colis ailleurs, je le ferais. No regard for the customers. Since the start of the pandemic, our packages have been sent to this pharmacy when we are not at home to accept them. Their schedule does not respect the insert left by Canada Post and comments from customers with packages held hostage are being ignored. Notwithstanding the frustration of traveling for nothing, you have to go to the back of the pharmacy to learn that the post office is closed because, even though I have given the comment several times since March 2020, no one believes it is appropriate to post the revised postal counter schedule on the front door. This is a blatant lack of concern for its customers. If I had the option of directing my packages elsewhere, I would.

Maintenant nous avons un excellent service de livraison automatique, ( mieux que livraison LCD avec des véhicules de livraison moins bien entretenue que le tracteur des arpents vert. Pendant que LCD livre pour plusieurs restaurants fleuristes des pièces dauto et même de vos compétiteurs oui oui d'autres pharmacies LCD font poireauter vos clients qui attendent leur médicaments ) notre nouvelle pharmacie c'est occupé de nous faire parvenir nos médicaments dans un dispill sans même qu'on leur demande. MERCI À LA PHARMACIE MARIE NORMANDEAU SITUÉ COIN MAYRAND ET SÉMINAIRE POUR SON EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pharmacie Brunet et LCD = broche à foin. . We have changed pharmacy and I am very satisfied with it. No more wasting time on the phone. Now we have an excellent automatic delivery service, (better than LCD delivery with delivery vehicles less well maintained than the green acre tractor. While LCD delivers auto parts for several florist restaurants and even your competitors yes yes of other LCD pharmacies make your customers hang around waiting for their medication) our new pharmacy is busy sending us our medications in a dispenser without even being asked. THANKS TO MARIE NORMANDEAU PHARMACY LOCATED IN THE CORNER MAYRAND AND SEMINAR FOR HIS EXCELLENT SERVICE. Brunet pharmacy and LCD = hay spit. .
