★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’été dernier, j’ai suivit des cours de yoga avec André-Claude. Chaque cours, il introduisait un nouveau concept sur la santé. Il expliquait bien comment les exercices que nous faisions agissaient sur nos organes.
C’est un instructeur qui connaît bien sa matière. Il est sensible et à l’écoute du groupe. On sent qu’il aime ce qu’il fait. Pour terminer la séance, il nous amenait au son du gong à glisser dans un état de méditation profond. Je recommande définitivement de vivre cette expérience avec lui.
Last summer, I took yoga classes with André-Claude. Each course he introduced a new concept on health. He explained how the exercises we were doing were acting on our organs.
He is an instructor who knows his subject well. He is sensitive and attentive to the group. We feel that he loves what he does. To end the session, he brought us to the sound of the gong to slide into a state of deep meditation. I definitely recommend to live this experience with him.

Super experienced teacher who offers a very pleasant and easy to follow experience. There is no pressure given and no one feels judged. The courses are for everyone from beginner to experienced. The place is clean and the equipment too!
