Excellent service. Mr Mayank Patel is highly professional and expert in his job. He gave one of the best advice regarding my financial situation. Highly recommended and will switch all my personal and business accounts to ATB.

On first week of Nov, 2019 to Mar, 2020. When we went through a very challenging time. Our mission was to transfer money from ATB bank to pay our weekly mortgage payment to PC Account. It all started when we gave a void ATB cheque of PC bank. Each week we monitored to see if our money was transferred into PC account and each week, we would spend hours talking to the PC online clerk and they would confirm us that from now on this error will not repeat and sure enough it repeated each week. It was very frustrating so we visited CIBC which is a sister bank to PC account. They too were not able to help us. In fact, to get rid of us they told us to pay the penalty of $45.00 right now and then you can claim it back later. Which we agreed just to solve our problem. But the following week we had the same problem. We then decided we should talk to ATB Bank and right away without any hesitation, they call they manager Carrie R. and we explained her our situation. We then realized that the void cheque that we presented to PC bank was missing two zero in front of our bank account. One would think if the PC account were not able to deposit money successful for the first week or two, they would either contact us or the bank to verify our account. No, they didn’t do that instead they kept on telling us from now on this error will not happen and sure enough it happened each week, even after we talked to Carrie R. She personally called the PC Bank Manager right in front of us to clear this mess for us. Carrie R. suggested that we should meet her every week at her office and clear up the mess which we did and each time we were told that it’s all settled and from now on we should be okay and sure enough the following week we had this same problem again. Finally, Carrie got hold of Theresa S. who according to my knowledge was the Exec. Manager of PC Bank in Vanc. BC. after Carrie explaining to her our situation, and because it was the bank fault, she wanted to really help us by clearing all our issues example, (1). We should not be charged any penalty, (2). Our balance of the mortgage should not change because they got the money late. (3). And the most important issue which we had no idea that it has ruined our credit. This was very important for us, because in our entire life we have never missed a payment and if Carrie would have not helped us, we would have never thought of correcting that and we would not know who to talk to. We really appreciate Carrie’s hard work in this matter. In additional, she made sure that this did not affected our mortgage amortization time as well. Honestly, we were there for to fix one problem but she bended backwards for us and about 4 weeks later she was monitoring our mortgage payment and did a follow up phone call which we were blow away how well she had provided us with her customer service. Honestly, I think she should be awarded the things she has done for us and yes, we will definitely recommend ATB to our friends and family. We belong to a community of 5000 people hear in Edmonton and whenever we get an opportunity to tell our friends or family in our community, we are definitely going to talk about Carrie R. she is the best of best and we will always remember her.

Mayank has been advising with all our banking needs for the last 2 years and he has been a great help! He tailors his strategy based on "your" needs and is prompt to reply. Definitely, 5/5 stars compared to any other financial institutions that I have been dealing with previously. Highly recommend both Mayank and this ATB location.

Well the staff of this bank says that the Cheque is just a piece of paper and refused to pay me the money I had on the cheque. I am not a bank person, if someone can help me with any suggestions I will appreciate that. Totally unprofessional staff.
