I would give a 4.5/ 5, if it was allowable. The suite was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the Nespresso machine, I have one at home, so it was nice to have while away on holidays too. I also loved the Skoah products, they smelled great and thank you for the makeup wipes. Nice to have a little fridge to use too! We loved the view, the Artisan Cafe was excellent, delicious food and smelling the baking early in the morning was a treat. Entry was a breeze with the codes. The only negative for us was the bed was too firm for us, even for my husband who loves a firm bed. A 2 or 3 inch memory foam laid on top of the mattress would change that in a minute, please consider it. I have bought for all our beds at home, you can buy on Amazon.ca. The comforter and pillows were excellent. Why do beds become so important as we get older, it's annoying but my hips and shoulders hurt with too firm a mattress. All in all we had a wonderful couple of days.

I had a wonderful girls' getaway here last weekend. The rooms were clean, cute, and laid out with thoughtful details like a nespresso machine and cream in the fridge, and Skoah products in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and check-in was easy and covid-friendly. Location was great, and we loved the little cafe downstairs for breakfast on both mornings we were there. Thanks for a memorable stay, we will be back!

Last minute booking. Had minor issues getting door code to work but was resolved quickly. The cypress room was lovely, clean, modern yet warm. The view was mesmerizing. Opened the windows to let the fresh air flow through. Our two little boys loved the sofa bed. Nice touch with the real coffee mugs and glasses, also the two reverse osmosis bottles of water and biscottis. Had breakfast/lunch at the cafe downstairs - delish. Thanks for a memorable stay.

My son and I had the cypress room this year and loved it! Last year we had parkview and thought that was really great. We are trying to make it annual trip. I really like the view from the cypress room ..you can see the ferry, the mountains, water, and I like how it's such a short walk from snug cove terminal, and they thoughtfully give you osmosis water, really nice dishware to use and a nice oatmeal for breakfeast ..its very clean, the bed s soft and next time we want to try out the other suite.. on a day that more things in the square open, which is more weekend related ..thanks for the experience artisan suites

Room was nice and clean and cozy we stayed in the mt. Something room. Clean pewter full bathrooms lots of friendly email reminders doors are very simple to open. Nice coffee and tea station. But for one night, we paid almost $300. 270 in total. Leah she was really the price. We would be back more often if it was cheaper

Great stay - Room called as "The cape" has the best view and is spacious. Amenities: • TV with Netflix logged-in for the room • Couch, Safe, Refrigerator • Wifi What’s missing? • Mcrowave Still I would say great place to stay. EDIT#1 - As clarified by the owner, there is wifi available. I missed it.

i definitely have to write this to warn any future visitors to this place. please do not book this place as the owner will rip you off after charging on your credit card for various reasons. the owner charged me $85 on top of the actual stay saying the towels were spoiled, which as per our understanding, nothing was done, she will keep charging your credit card for using there towels , saying beddings were spoiled. on contact, the owner (julie) she sent us some picture saying we spoiled her one towel for which she charged us $85 , despite paying $30 cleaning fees while booking. moreover she keeps all your credit card details and continue charging it. in response the owner just sent us some pictures which we were not aware where she took those. they are literally ripping off people saying they are small business owners. please do not book this place if you want your credit card to be protected from them. we eventually ended up changing our banking cards information because of the property owners. hope this help future visitors, ptherwise you would end up paying nearly $500 for one night stay which we had to do.
