Front desk staff was excellent! After a long day’s trip, that’s the kind of front desk staff you want to deal with. I’ll be there anytime I come to the area.

The lobby & rooms have amazing views of the lake and the staff are polite and helpful. Plus there's free parking. And if you don't mind driving to nearby St Catharines for food, there are multiple cuisine options too.
H	Howie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me the worse room because I was young/used a 3rd party app to book, there was 3 cars in the parking lot when I showed up, they could of gave me any room. They gave me the room with flickering lights, that the bathroom tub doesn’t drain properly , and smelt like smoke , it also had stains all over the wall and chips out of the door and a tv that barely worked. Also renovations start early here so I hope you like the sweet serenity of drills and saws. The one picture is 5 minutes after I stepped out of the shower, to shower I had to stand in a puddle.

Lost one star for the whole room having peeling wallpaper and drywall in the closet crumbling. Just looks a bit out of date. But otherwise clean little room "junior suite". Fridge froze everything.

It was off-season so it was not busy at all and the place was very well maintained for an older hotel. Good and spacious parking and amazing views of the lake from the lobby and rooms. The attendant at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. She was able to accommodate all of our requests without any hesitation. We were provided with a complimentary ppe and sanitizer package upon arrival. The pool amenity was open and very clean with easy access to hot showers. Note that there are no elevators so all luggage must be brought up the stairs if you are on the upper floor. Another benefit was having the Beacon restaurant in the same building as it made our whole experience such a pleasure! The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at any inclusive hotel stay. We would definitely consider returning here again for the great service and views!
K	Kathy Stefureak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy Saturday evening for dinner and service was excellent. Our wait staff, Keisha, helped us to enjoy a very pleasant evening. The prime rib meals had run out by 7:30pm but the steaks were perfectly done. The Korean chicken street tacos appetizer was plenty for adult meal and so good. We had a group of six and were treated so well and cleanliness was strictly adhered to, included mask wearing away from the table.

The staff members are very approachable and are always eager to assist. The restaurant offers amazing contemporary menu, the service is discreet and spot-on. My kid can’t stop talking about this property, he’s in love with it. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality time off your busy routine
