E	Eva Wieler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the location was great, but I was very disappointed with the cleaning. The first day everything looked good, the next day the room wasn't even touched, not cleaned whatsoever. We contacted the front desk and they said the cleaner had gotten sick. Well the next day the bed was made and there were clean towels, but the garbage wasn't emptied nor was the bathroom cleaned. Overall I wouldn't recommend and won't be staying here again.

We had a tv that didn't work so she moved us to another room, a better one with a very nice view. She treated us with such kindness and was always smiling. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was free and there was plenty to eat. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat.

The entire town of Westlock was sold out and the staff at Ramada were very accommodating with our ringette team. Plenty of breakfast options and coffee and tea available all day.

Nice to have an actual breakfast during all this compared to the other hotels doing a brown bag deal. Would go here again but want to stress its not a nicer hotel like Ramada used to be but its not a holiday Inn either
