I think I stood there in line up unnoticed for far too long. My back is bad and it's a chore just to get out of the car. Otherwise, the service was good ?

This is by far the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to after 8pm there are never any donuts or cookies or even Tim bits and there is a young lady there that is a little rude. I do not recommend going to this Tim's any time

Ordered a sandwich and the bacon came out raw. They told me that’s how their bacon comes and I have to request it crispy.

The Philipino guy recieving order is quick to cut u off while placing order. By the time you get to window to pick up they always get the order wrong. U have to use another few minutes in line just to check your order and make sure

Continues to remain the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Always understaffed, and even though sometimes staff seem to be running around frantically, they still can’t serve more than two or three people at a time without being completely overwhelmed. I can’t even say I got anything with this order because it took so long I ended up leaving without even making an order

Kinda disappointed in the service here today when the drive thru attendant took my order after waiting at the drive through station for 10 minutes without acknowledgement she told me to wait and NOT pull ahead while 2 other vehicles pulled in front of us then when I asked why I was waiting she said I could pull ahead. Then at the drive thru window she argues me that she decides when vehicles are allowed to pull ahead. Afterwards we had to wait 20 minutes out front for our food.

My Mom and Dad was at the Westlock Tim Hortons on Tuesday January 25, 2022 and the staff member they went to was so rude and pushy. Thanks to this person and not doing their job right by insuring the lid was securely put on the cup my Mom had burnt her wrist. I have worked for Tim Hortons in the past and there is no need to be this way to the people that keep you in work. I myself will not go here because I have always had bad experiences at this location and just don’t have the time for them.
