Peter and his staff are super personable, very reasonable with their pricing and always always has the time to take a look at my lawn care equipment and get me back on the road. Great guy, great company, don't waste your time with the other small engine shops out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff showed me how to replace the cord in my weedeater and how to operate the generator I had serviced. They were very busy but gave me an accurate idea of how long the repair would take. They were kind and took the time to make sure I had the correct replacement product for my unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Arcom this morning asking if they could look at my non functioning Stihl MS 170 chainsaw. Their reply was to bring it into the shop. By 10:am I had a functioning chainsaw, a new blade installed, and some advice as to maintenance. Peter was helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Arcom. Thanks Peter
