Very professional, was able to order the parts I needed. I installed myself and my mower was back attacking the grass. It can be hit n miss trying to find parts for older machines but it's worked out for me. They even printed me out some of the diagrams to point out parts which helped.

Nice people who know what they're talking about. If you're comparing prices, you could probably find products slightly (3-8%) cheaper at other dealerships, but these guys are very helpful and will help get you set up. So if nickel's and dime's don't really matter to you, I would recommend this place.

A very poor delivery of service on a small garden tractor warranty. After 35 hours and not quite one year owning the garden tractor , a John Deere, with 6 broken blade drive belts and 1 broken deck cable and numerous insults and attempts to have it repaired unsuccessfully I am then told my low level entry mower into cutting grass sold to me by Home Depot and my 3rd one from them over 15 years is my fault for cutting rocks and dirt. Langley dealer service manager for John deere did not have the ability to fix it so blame the store and then me. I went back to the store I bought it from and they gave me a full refund and helped me into a great new upgrade. I cannot thank the Home Depot people for the refund and upgrade enough, BUT I WILL SAY THANKYOU HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

We bought a John Deere lawn tractor at Rona on June 1, 2021. It had a 2 year β€œbumper to bumper” warranty. The first time we used it, we noticed that the shift was inconsistent. Often it was very stiff shifting into, or out of, reverse, despite being on level ground. Concerned that it was a factory defect, we called Rona and discovered that they are not a dealership. We had to take it to Prairie Coast Equipment for warranty work. When I called Prairie Coast Equipment I was told the transport fee was $280, and it would be in the shop for 7-10 days. Since it was brand new, we negotiated with Prairie Coast Equipment and John Deere to have that excessive fee waived. The mechanic, Steve, called and said that the tractor was fine. It wouldn’t shift out as it’s a CVT transmission and we were on an incline, except we weren’t. Then Amy told me that there was a $68 charge. I asked why, since there is a 2 year β€œbumper to bumper” warranty. She said that diagnostic tests aren’t covered. She also said that the problem was β€œoperator error”, which is insulting and ridiculous. When I said that the charge was unfair, she asked if I thought that the technician shouldn’t be paid. Of course he should be paid, but not by me, that’s why I have a warranty. We had no option but to pay as otherwise the tractor would not be returned. The tractor shifts exactly the same way that it did before. We are extremely dissatisfied with both the service and attitude at Prairie Coast Equipment. We have also spoken to Conner at John Deere, hoping that he could intervene. We are still waiting for his return call. We are still considering returning the tractor to Rona, as we are worried about a transmission problem in the future. We have no faith in Prairie Coast Equipment and would never return, so our warranty is useless. We will never buy John Deere equipment again for this reason.

good people but there products are over priced. not super in prrssed with my 600 salt spreader with to many plastic parts. i know metal rusts but if you wash tje salt off after using you will be fine. I think they want it to brake so you have to buy another one this will be my second machine in 3 years.

I've bought parts from this location for years. Recently the throttle cable on our JD 1025R tractor failed after only 150 hours; I was surprised to see a part like this fail after so little use. The part was expensive plus they are now charging a fee to bring in the part from the Chilliwack location which I thought was unusual. However, the lady with the short hair in the parts department was very pleasant so I gave 4 stars.

George the salesperson was very good at his job. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us when the store closed at 5pm. Great personality and very friendly.
