★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Adoption process was so simple and quick, most affordable adoption price as opposed to other rescues and they give you a great adoption kit. So happy I was able to find a kitten that I can give a forever home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great, I had my cat in data base lost with chip no. I came today to see if cat June 6 mine. The clerk informed me June 6 they took him off lost databases. The clerks who answer call didn't tell me update it each month or they'll take cat off. Now 10 days and cats found there and they didn't look for my cat? I reinstated today dear God! I hope they trace the last 10 days and compare my cats info. They need to advise public to repost and when. Not good service really disappointed big time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful and impressed by the work of bylaw officer Ron Basso. He has been so professional and diligent working to resolve complaints and acting on them quickly. He has to deal with a lot of difficult situations and he does it with respect and integrity. As citizens of Calgary we feel very supported by city bylaw both by their response to our complaint as well as complaints against us and our property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the best ran government office I have ever been in. These people are kind, caring and compassionate as well as courteous. Everyone from the front desk gals, to the peace officer who released our cat, the entire staff was very kind and compassionate. Going to such a place is very stressful, and these people take the sting out of that experience. I hope they read this review and know that I am grateful for what they do. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signage for animal services along road as you get closer. Parking lot is easy to navigate and signage on building is clear. Once inside the entry way has multiple employees available to help, and I was instantly greeted and offered assistance. Thanks for all your help. Awesome hardworking people!
