★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous y avons adopté notre petit chat. On a eu un super service, de très bonnes explications et de bons conseils pour son adaptation avec nos autres animaux. Bref, nous repasserais par eux assurément !
 We adopted our little cat there. We had great service, very good explanations and good advice for its adaptation with our other animals. In short, we would definitely go back to them!

L'endroit est très propre et le personnel est extraordinaire ... veuillez noter que vous ne repartirez pas avec aucun chien après votre première visite.... car ils s'assurent que vous n'ayez pas antécédent de cruauté animal... c'est bien correct
Exceptional adoption .... lots of choice. The place is very clean and the staff are amazing ... please note that you will not be leaving with any dogs after your first visit .... as they make sure you have no history of animal cruelty ... it's okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services de la SPA Shawinigan. Peu d'heures d'ouverture(12h / 7jours). Se permet de demander des frais excédentaires pour retard de paiement alors que je n'ai même pas reçu leur médaillon et leur facture initiale. Délais postal? Je ne crois pas car leur demande de frais pour licence impayée c'est bien rendue elle. Très déçue, d'autant plus que c'est elle qui à le rôle officiel de devoir protéger et qu'à la place elle se fait le devoir de profiter.
***Je paye pour quel service si je n'ai même pas de médaillon pour identifier mon chien? SPA Mauricie merci de bien vouloir me répondre car impossible de vous appeler si vous êtes fermé à temps plein. ***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peut-on donner moins qu'une étoile? Ils nous ont vendu un chat qui était malade, le sachant pourquoi l'avoir mis en adoption??? Après avoir déboursé un total de 1000$ pour l'achat du chat et des soins vétérinaire,nous avons dû le faire euthanasier,il n'y avait rien à faire pour le sauver.Et le pire c'est qu'ils s'en lavent les mains complètement.comment peuvent-ils prôner le bien-être et l'amour des animaux quand ils sont au courant que l'animal peut avoir la leucémie...très décue nous n'irons plus jamais, ça
c'est certain.faites attention si vous avez l'intention d'adopter vous pourriez acheter un animal très malade☹☹☹
Can we give less than a star? They sold us a cat that was sick, knowing why they put it up for adoption ???
