★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais réservé un chaton pour son adoption et ils l'ont donné à une autre personne. Manque total de professionnalisme et incompétence !! Toute la famille était dans l'attente de ce chaton. Très déçue!!!!! Jamais je n'ira adopter chez vous!
I had booked a kitten for adoption and they gave it to someone else. Total lack of professionalism and incompetence !! The whole family was waiting for this kitten. Very disapointed!!!!! I will never adopt from you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons adopté un beau petit chien de 8 ans qui a reçu les merveilleux soins dea SPCA. Grace à leur aide nous savions exactement à quoi nous attendre nous avons respecté ses limites et maintenant nous avons un gentil toutou qui nous donne pleins d'amour. L'équipe est vraiment super !
We adopted a beautiful little 8-year-old dog who received wonderful care from the SPCA. Thanks to their help we knew exactly what to expect we respected his limits and now we have a nice dog who gives us lots of love. The team is really great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility was not very clean when I visited. They were able to help us in English. They assured me that having the pet fixed was a part of the adoption fee, but are difficult to contact and I have not been reimbursed yet.
