Get Bigger space ,buy more land and cut your greed to help with initial costs of improvements.Consumers, if they don’t want to be part of problem, would pay a little more . Tons of vacant land .We are NOT a civilized country. We just hide it better. Shame for you Shame fir on you to not give a damn, for not being a decent human.
