S	Soniya SK. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica, should not in retail or in a customer service position. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and absolutely rude. I'm not sure if she's racist as well. Asked her questions and it seemed as if she was bothered. Never return again.
K	Kati D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two girls working on a pretty slow Saturday, and they were both at the cash register, ignoring the few people who were in the store. I finally got someone to help me, only to have her bring me the wrong shoe, in the wrong size. She never came back to see if I still needed help, so I just walked out. This is not the first time I've walked out of this store due to lack of customer service, and I honestly don't think I will go back.
C	C Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of my worst experiences at this store. Yesterday I went to the store to pick up my shoes that I ordered online. I was given my shoe, then walked away. I didn’t try it on because it’s sandals and usually fits. I peaked in the bag minutes later and realized the shoe was a used pair of shoes. Literally looked like 3 generations wore it already. I went back to the store to show the cashier, she did not apologize, she did not offer a solution or any type of assistance. She only asked for my card to reimburse me, I was in shock. I waited for this shoe for a trip, travelled to the mall specifically for pick up of this shoe and was treated like gabbage. Good customer service gives an apology in situations like this but she didn’t, so disappointed and can never go to this store. I asked her name she never gave it to me, the entire time she had an attitude. #lostonecustomer

b	bharat jamba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to store to return back shoes my girlfriend bought but now she can’t come to return it as she’s moved to Windsor and I have gave them email receipt for the payment proof of purchase but they refused to take it back from me as I don’t having the original receipt. And I was explaining my situation to them and they said that they would call security over me if I don’t take it back. As they said if you want to return it. The person who paid for it should have to visit them to get return. It’s was so unprofessional unethical. To say to costumer that they will call security on you. Even when costumer is not having any kind of violence not making any kind of trouble for anyone even though I was not screaming at them. I was handling the situation calmly but it was so hurting to see that they will call security for not agreeing with them and said it’s store policy. But I never seen this kind of behaviour and store policy for some other stores even if that brands are bigger than ALDO. THE ALDO STORE IN BRAMALEA CITY CENTRE WAS HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR COUSTOMER AS THE EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE ARE HAVING SO MUCH EGOTISTICAL PROBLEM AND THEY DON’T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR COUSTOMER AND THEY SHOULD MUST BE FIRED BY ALDO. AS THESE EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING ALDO BRAND NAME DOWN BY WORKING WITH THIER WISH. THEY REFUSED ME JUST TO SATISFY THIER EGO AND THEN THEY GOONED ME TO CALL SECURITY ON ME. AND SHE REFUSED ME TO TELL HER NAME AND SHE IS ALSO MANAGER FOR THE STORE BUT SHE FEELS HERSELF MORE SUPERIOR THAN EVERYONE HERE AS SHE IS OWNER OF THE STORE OR OWNER OF ALDO BRAND. NEVER I WILL COME HERE AND I NEVER GO TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM ALDO NEXT TIME.
