I asked about the return policy and was told "you have 3 weeks to get store credit, exchange or refund. I went back the next day since the boots were not that comfortable for a long period of time. Upon my visit to return the item, the manager had changed faces really quick and told me that it cannot be returned. They were really disrespectful towards their customers, and not only did this happen to me but there was another man who faced the same issue. Made a mistake buying form this store, would not recommend to anyone!

She was so helpful and kind when helping my mom who has very swollen feet and a bunion. She brought out shoes that relate comfort and style. That is exactly what my mom wanted. Great service.

Didn't keep the receipt as i didnt think i wold have to keep a receipt for shoes . When came back to store rep asked me for receipt . I did show him credit card transaction and posting the same here but nothing yet . Waiting to see it this review will make a difference
G	Guru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we bought a pair of boot, we asked abt return policy and manager/cashier told in 3 weeks time we can return or exchange. But when we visited the store to exchange/return the next week they dint accept. Very disappointed I don't recommend this store. Unless you are ok with final sale no exchange or return policy.

Very disappointed. They lost a good customer. I would never go again to buy anything here and wouldn't recommend anyone going here!! If the owner can respond to good reviews I'm sure he can see bad ones too!! I'm not expecting a response here but atleast do ACT to fix issues and bad reviews!! Else you'll lose a chunk of good customers for sure..
