★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a great Scooter for my son 6 months back. Brought it in yesterday, the guy gave it a quick tune up within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me....Staff are always helpful in answering questions even for the over 40 crowd and don't look like you are boring them to death....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is the biggest asset to this store. Gold standard of service. I've never felt like a burden to them, and my children are not ignored by the staff but rather engaged with the staff. They also do not pressure you to buy anything and sometimes find cheaper or free ways to solve your problems. I don't know if there is a way to piss them off for I have not seen it.
