★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop and staff. The manager (Joe Dizon) worked with our group of 7 for our 4 day trip, and we had excellent service from the rest of the staff throughout - swapping ski's, boots, etc. to meet individual fitting needs and each days ski conditions. Thanks to all for a great trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only had one day in Whistler and we rented skis from Afinity. I am very hard to fit on boots but the staff worked well with me to find boots that worked. They were very accommodating and it made for a great experience. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured my back and I returned my skis a day early. They said they would credit my credit card for the day I didn’t use them. It’s been 4 days of calling and no credit and no call back from the manager. The staff was great that helped me. But the manager not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike rental was fantastic. Cheaper pricing than other shops where I asked. Bike setup was dialed and top notch service. Everyone I worked with there was great, but in particular Tom is the man ! Thanks for the multi day discounts even when I made separate one day bookings each day. Only downside maybe is that the tires were not tubeless and they expect to rinse DH bikes at the lift cleaning stands, neither of which was an issue for me. Will definitely go back here next time I visit whistler.
