K	Karlin Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good car rental facility. The staff are highly untrained and unprofessional. The office was crowded, no place to stand, and check-in process took way too long. The staff did not know the check-in process and needed to ask the manager multiple times on how to properly check us in. When we asked questions about their policies, different staff members would give us different and inconsistent answers. The terms & agreements were not consistent with the package we had booked online, but the facility refused to honor the agreement online (even when shown the confirmation email). When we recieved the car, a sub-par inspection was done. Before even leaving the parking lot, the check engine light on our vehicle came on. We went and informed the staff and they were all too busy rough housing in the office to pay attention to us. They offered to reset the check engine light instead of actually diagnosing the code as to why the check engine light came on - clearly indicating they do not care for their customer's safety. The vehicle was in poor condition. Overall an very unsatisfactory experience.

The car was nice and reliable overall was good just spent almost 150 dollars more from hidden fees than was expected. (If you have your own insurance that covers rentals use it. 70 extra dollars for liability insurance that my insurance would have covered but the lady at the desk said I didn't need it since I already paid 50 extra dollars for a different insurance ?)

Free pick up and drop off to terminal and is a 24 hour rental place which is highly great. There is a high price per day 9 dollar's and change to use the Auto Express with unlimited express use. Normal people won't use it every day and still have to pay the money.

I had to spend 4 hours in their space till I could get my temporary licence ( it took longer because of the time difference to home) and they were super helpful with all of it. Even offering to pick up something from Tim’s for me. And they adjusted my rental, without me even asking, to reflect the time I had missed because of a late flight arrival the day before that didn’t allow me to pick it up till the next day. All in all a very positive experience.

The staff were very accommodating and waited after closure for us. Will certainly use this car rental again for future travel. Allow yourself a little extra time as the pick up location is off site from the airport.

Price and car was great. * They gave us the opportunity to upgrade to a SUV for a decent price as opposed to most online prices. * Service to and from the airport was easy as well. Thank you to all the lovely staff there. We’ll be back!!

If you are going out of province, you have to tell them otherwise you will be charges more higher than expected, base on my experience I didn’t know about that, as long as i got the car and drive around the city and go out of the province because im thinking it’s unlimited mileages, if you break the policy the unlimited mileages it would be cancel per km/mileages your charges please think about it first or you have to ask them everything, otherwise you will be nightmare on your vacation, i paid mine extra $300, they don’t tell you about the provinces if you are allowed to bring the car outside, or the staff it should be reminded to the clients about the circumstances so can know it. If it can proceed to go out of the province and aware of it. I like the Car its a brand new car.. i will give 5 star ⭐️ for the car…it’s amazing car…
