★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi was late, over 30m, I called Dispatch two additional times and they were surprised both times he was not there. When be arrived, he had a crying baby on the phone that was incredibly loud. He was frantically getting masks out of a bag. It didn't feel very professional, to be generous about it. Not a service I will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon answering my call, I was greeted by someone only saying “hello?” In a questioning tone, not even saying the name of their business, so I was confused as to whether or not I had the right number. I asked if I could get a cab and they sounded hesitant. I told them where I wanted to be picked up and they said, “uhhh, where?”, I said it again and asked how long it would take and they hung up on me. So I called another company. Twenty minutes later, while I was in another cab, they called and they were at BU. I told them I got another ride and the guy sounded upset said, “well, you should have called and cancelled”. Excuse me? Your company hung up on me and didn’t even confirm your services in the first place. Extremely unprofessional. As much as I wanted to support a smaller business in Brandon, I doubt I will call here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a taxi. They said 15 minutes. 20 minutes goes by. I call. They say less than 10 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and I called 2 more times. They didn't answer. Poor service. Do not recommend to anyone
