S	Samantha L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first driver we got was lovely and knowledgable and made the drive into Stratford entertaining and worth the money. After the play we called Dispatch for a cab, she didn't take our name or phone number but sent the cab, who we watched pick someone else up not confirming the drop off location (which was the only identifier dispatch asked for). After waiting 20+ mins we called back and she implied that they forgot about us as the cab driver picked up the wrong family and if we had not called back then we'd still be waiting....so she sent the cab back but refused to give an ETA. Which when you've been in high heels all day is a painful wait. Suggestion is to take names and phone numbers. A) driver could have confirmed it was us or not by the name b) if he chose to take the other family first, dispatch should have called us back to confirm that he would be right back. Driver himself on the ride home was friendly and pleasant and we have no complaints there.

I have ridden with Don and Keith and both are awesome drivers and nice to talk to. Keith even found me in the grocery store to return the phone I'd left in his cab. Highly recommended.

I can prebook my transportation with them and they are always on time. I have nothing but appreciation to show this company because they get me to my appointments weekly and never rush to get me there and I feel very safe travelling with them. They will be the first company I call or recommend when a taxi is needed. Keith has been my main driver and he is very kind and goes out of his way to help me. He also has quite the sense of humor which goes a long way on the days when I'm feeling unwell because a good laugh is the best medicine.
N	None Ofyourconcern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver did not wear mask. When asked if they could, they cited being vaccinated and said they have allergies. However, the transmission rate of covid from vaccinated people's is still under study, with the current recommendation that all people wear masks regardless of vax status. If the driver cannot follow that, they should not be working in a closed area with strangers
M	Michelle T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to be somewhere at a specific time, and very early, so I called the day before and asked if they could book a pick up for the next day for my daughter and I. The woman on the phone was very friendly, and very polite, and took care of everything for me. Sure enough, the next morning, he was waiting for us. He got us there and back safely. The van was warm, and very clean. The driver was polite and friendly and drove with respect. Very very happy to have found a respectful cab company. I will be using them from now on. ?

J	James Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answer the phone and showed up on time. Cudos! Assured by driver a ride home was easy. Phoned for a ride home 3 hours later and only got voice mail! Is this any way to run a business? No wonder Uber is wining the transportation war. Where are the days when you called for a cab and that happened? Don’t drink and drive. People are being forced to consider the bad choice. Shape up.
