P	Polarpak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay if you have a lot of time to get to you're destination, but some weekdays they are fairly fast. But they have too many cab drivers that are very rude or just make passengers uncomfortable, their are a few really nice people who work here like the dispatch ladys and a few drivers that are very kind and pleasant but the bad out weighs the good here. If you get lucky it'll be a good ride but if you don't then good luck!???

D	Dave Lapierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So called yesterday as I needed to go to BMO and then Walmart was told it would be charged as 2 fares Ouse this cab company all the time when I go someplace to be told I’d be charged 2 fares is ridiculous like they service Woodstock so if I’m going from one place to another it’s the same fare not 2 this is the second issue I’ve had with this dispatcher maybe it’s time to fire them

k	kate dawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today it's heavy rain in the morning, my placement got cancelled so I decided to take a cab home instead of taking the bus. Since I have been here 6 months and I enjoyed using this cab while purchasing heavy groceries with my roommate and the dispatchers always be able to recognize my house. So I told her that I will wait at Tim Hortons on Devonshire and go back to Crawford. I got the message pretty fast but I saw no taxi right there, okay they might make a mistake so I just called again, and the lady on the phone said the cab is turning back so all I can do is waiting. Alright, I always knew it's about ten mins to get where I was from my house. It's heavy rainy day instead of waiting under that canopy doesn't keep out the rain plus I carried all my books and other stuffs, I just waited in the store . And half of an hour passed I receive no message or phone call. I called back and that lady is super rude blaming me no shown and the appointment got cancelled because of me, and I was supposed to wait outside cause the same car was heading right from my house at that time. I was like excuse me have you ever read the weather report. I was going to tell her the situation right after she finished and she just be so angry and said not going to send me another car then hang up on me. The whole process acted like I was the customer service and receiving her complaints. Just so ridiculous. Time to say goodbye to this awful company before having you hang up again.
T	TheAlphaStrain “Alpha56Gaming” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying I've dispatched for 5 years so I get how it works. But to not be sent a cab entirely is ridiculous. I requested a cab at Food Basics going to Hincks Street, two blocks. Couldn't carry my groceries they were too heavy. 20 minutes go by, okay, they're busy. 30 minutes go by, they're pretty busy. 40 minutes go by, I call back to check if there's still one coming. No one answered. So I called the other cab company, less than 5 minutes. It's past an hour and twenty minutes since I called United and NO ONE has called me back asking why I'm not at Food Basics. So CLEARLY they had ZERO intention of even sending me one for some reason. Considering in the past few months when I've taken them I've ALWAYS tipped the drivers. Sooo... yeah. That made me angry. Hence the review.
M	Maria Fleet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a friendly person answering which makes a huge difference. Drivers polite and efficient with their routes. They drive safely and get the customer to their destination in a timely manner. Cabs are clean inside! Seriously a great effort.
