K	Krystle Butson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers don't care who actually called they take whoever instead of the person they're supposed to. Waited 40 mins for a 7 min ride. Had to call to have a second car sent. Edit since city cab responded: I was standing at the entrance to my work that I was trying to leave from with others around social distancing safely, the taxi approached and I began to walk forward, another worker hopped in and the taxi immediately took off only to stop at the exit before leaving, no doubt to get the proper address. I was waiting as you suggest and yet your driver did not confirm their passenger before beginning to drive. Don't defend what you know is unprofessional behaviour from your employees by blaming your customers. I honestly hope this review helps others decide to use a better service. Personally, I prefer the 55 min walk but that day it was raining.
V	Various Camz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people are terrible drivers there I gave who he said was one of the part owners of this company 21.50 and asked for my change back and lied to me saying I only have him 11.50, so many people have complaints about their service I don't recommend, need to grow up city cabs

T	Tyler Stanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was sooooooo bad, I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for this cab company and they didn't pick up, I called more then 7 times after no awncer and then it finally showed up like come on get new drivers or get out of service.

And then when my boyfriend called she hung up on him this is not a good service. I will never called this company again.
N	Nicole S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister called a week prior to pre order 2 cabs for her wedding night (which also took weeks for any kind of response) she gets told to call back on the wedding today to confirm pickup that night- I call on behalf of her (for obvious reasons) I’m told “I can’t dispatch 2 vans I can’t guarantee anything I suggest calling back after 10pm the new dispatcher with be on” I call back at 11:10 pm to find out “I only have 2 vans who go to London and Kitchener if I get a call I send them out I can’t promise you anything” So let me understand … you can’t pre book a cab for an event but you’ll have us chase you to confirm something you can’t offer? Just so you know you left 11 people stranded at a wedding from out of town who had to scramble to find rides with strangers back to their hotel. Figure your business out.
B	Brian Brian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a cab from City Cab this morning I told him I was outside it was very very cold they said 10-15 minutes the cab came and then drove away from me I had to call them back and say you didn't pick me up they said all right we'll come back and get you it was over 30 minutes so that I froze my but off definitely call someone else these clowns are not the right ones! Don't be fooled by the easy-to-remember number.
