L	Lindsey Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not used their services, but have seen them driving erratically around town, speeding down mayor magrath at 80+ km/hr, cutting vehicles off, weaving in and out of traffic. Not an appropriate way for a vehicle who is responsible for transporting others around to drive. Definitely would not choose to use them if I ever need a taxi.

Doing more than double the speed limit is not only against the law, but unsafe to other people, especially when flying by people walking only feet away. Ignorance at its finest. Will be turning in the video footage to police. If this company doesnt care about people's lives, I dont care about them getting a ticket.

Whenever I get a taxi they give me an eta and it’s always within that time period that they arrive. This company is reasonable and fast. I will use them until otherwise. Every other taxi company in Lethbridge doesn’t compare to BWR. Thank you?

Called, they said 45 mins (it was halloween so ya its gunna take time) they came by the house we said we would be just a minute (friend was in the bathroom) he just left. We called ahain and nobody showed up, called again and finally got picked up (2 and a half hours later) the driver was so rude. All he did was complain about his night and when we asked him to stop at mcdonalds he continued complaining rudely telling us he had better things to do. Horrible experience, would NEVER use them again.
A	Amber Fishel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using BWR taxi for almost 5 years and after today I will NOT be using their service again. I called for a taxi at around 8:15 and was told the cab would take 30mins. I generally don't expect them to be on time because 50/50 they aren't. I was checking out at 8:40 and it took a tiny bit longer than expected. The taxi came at 8:45 which was right on time. I promptly responded to the text telling me my taxi was there, I said "I'm just paying, 2mins please". So I rushed and ended up leaving a few things I needed because my cab was already there. I get outside not even 2 minutes later and the taxi is no where to be seen. I text again, receive no answer and when I called the line, the driver told me he had a car there but she left to pick up another fare. The fact that the driver was incapable of waiting a mere 2 minutes is absolutely disgusting. So I can wait a half hour for a taxi but you are unable to wait 2 minutes for me to leave the store? Never again will I use BWR.
v	victoria burge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not suggest this can company. Yes they are cheap, but I called a cab for 715 they showed up half an hour early. So I was rushing to get ready and as I was outside locking my door they drove away. I called they said they would call the driver. Nothing happened. I called him back a few times and he ignored my call so I had to call black diamond to get to work. Not reliable that's for damn sure.

But the woman hung up on me while I was telling her I still wanted the cab... when I went to call back she declined my call. Very rude people. Called for a cab again, they said 25 minute wait, I was fine with that. But apparently the woman wasn't.. she didn't even bother to show up at my house.
C	Callum Davison (Stunt) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never used them but one of their grey minivans drove past me as I was backing onto my driveway, of a busy street. Having to aim my vehicle at the oncoming lane is necessary for this and the driver, an older gentleman, I guess took offense at this and decided to flip me of as he drove by. He might have been having a bad morning with the snow dump we got overnight but still no excuse for poor company representation. I googled a number for the company after I parked and didn't think to ask for a manager but the other person on the line didn't really seem to care. Doubt I'll ever call or recommend this company.
