Not to mention the drivers do not seem to care for rules of the road for the many times that I have seen them driving around town. I do NOT recommend this company.

S	Susie Thursby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Called to book ahead. Driver did not show up. Called dispatch twice and was told he was here. I was outside waiting. Both times dispatcher gave me a short, curt, answer and just hung up the phone. When driver arrived, he started ranting about how the dispatcher gave him the wrong address! I asked him to take it up with her as it had nothing to do with me and he continued with a raised voice, and then told me to be quiet. He was angry at me again, when I informed him that the dispatcher said my ride would be free. He came very close 3 times to rear-ending a vehicle in front of us, and even gave another driver on the road the finger. I WILL NEVER CALL BWR AGAIN!!! WORST SERVICE EVER, AND I SHOULD NEVER BE AFRAID IN A TAXI!!!!! Thanks, but NO THANKS!!! I WAS READY TO CALL 911
