They have a lot of words (bs), waste a lot of time, but NO action. You will NOT be a satisfied customer, nor do they care. Their warranties as stated on the website will never be honored, false advertising. Buyer beware! Hydro went UP after installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse, worse, worse experience ever. The cracked my walls....the paint was pulled off the wall. The windows leaked when it rained & the handles broke, as all products are cheap. Constantly an issue & terrible customer service.....worse, worse, worse experience....its only been a 5yrs and nothing but problem after problem.....constant fighting & everything is supposed to be under warranted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen, many companies in Quebec do windows and doors, This company you can trust, the owner was an installer and knows the business in and out, if you need high quality windows and doors for your home and have want to have a peace of mind, request to talk to Mr. Vasil, he will advise you what kind you need and you will not regret the investment. I chose hybrid, top of the line. Quality is great and installation is amazing. Highly recommend a visit before you decide to purchase elsewhere.
