★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I have ever had with someone in this business. First of all I did not get the windows I paid for but I was not told until my own windows were removed and the new windows were being installed. The official excuse was that these windows were "better" yet, could not be opened they way I wanted them to (and had paid for). Even then a new window that cost nearly 4000 dollars was not installed correctly. I requested the installation to be done correctly but this guy called and left message after message, then threatened to come and remove my windows and leave my children in a house with no windows. I was also given a quote for a smaller window but was billed twice the amount. Finally I got tired of it all and paid him to get rid of the headache. I guess some people think that cheating/lying and threatening others makes them smart. Horrible experience even if the guy seemed nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We changed all our windows in our Westmount home with Montreal Design last fall including a huge bay window. Beautiful and amazing quality kolbe windows. We are constantly getting compliments on them. Salesman very knowledgeable and suggested we change the colour of our windows from beige to black. We are so happy we listened to him, changed the whole look of our home. Would recommend 11/10!
