★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not got good reception from the people working there as they are very rude with my 3 years kid. My Son likes a car and took it then i noticed ad i am trying to convince him to return where it belongs. Suddenly woman(Staff) from the center came to my son and forcefully took the toy from his hand as he felt very sad and cried for some time. The people working at the center should have some patience with kids instead acting weirdly . All i can say is the people working there are not good with customer service especially with kids and i felt they are very rude and behaving unprofessionally with customers.Such a worse medical center i have ever seen in Canada.

We had a very good experience the first time around but at the second visit, I think that one of the main supervising audiologists could have been a little more gentle in her approach to my 2 year old. Telling my 2 year old "No! no cheating!" during the exam rather than perhaps reassessing if he understood the objective of the game and accomodating him in terms of his understanding and development was upsetting for me to watch. She also ordered him to clean up the toys at the end of the session and pulled toys away from him while I was explaining to my son that it was clean up time and time to go. Finally, when we asked if my son could hold on to one of the toys until I fastened him into his stroller in the room, she refused saying "No, it is not his". Yes I know, and I will get it back to you in 5 seconds. "No, because it is not his toy, he cannot hold on to it". For 5 seconds, he could not hold on to a toy just so that I could strap him back to his stroller and the take the toy from him and explain it to him on a way he understands. She really overstepped and did not understand that I was his parent, not her. It had to be on her terms and the end result was awful with my child having a tantrum and throwing himself on to the floor and he having to pick up a flailing and screaming toddler while she stood there and seemed very annoyed with him and as though she wanted us to hurry out. Please respect the parent who knows their child best and that I am doing my absolute best to get your toys back to you while being supportive to my son and where he is at in his development. Do not try to "teach my child a lesson". You will get back the toys. You are there as an audiologist, not as his teacher or guardian.

The audiologists were able to build a good rapport with my son and they were efficient in their work. They also responded well to all my inquiries related to the service. I received the result within the same day.
