I used to go here from since I was a baby. I lived quite far so when I was 11 I started going to a place closer to where I lived. I moved back to Montreal a decade later and when I tried to make an appointment with the they informed me that I was banned. They never explained why, but I can’t imagine there is any reason to have banned an 11 year old. I’ve spoken to them multiple times and they refuse to discuss or reconsider. There’re the closest audio prosthetist to where I live now so this whole thing is very bizarre and frustrating. Edit: your reply makes no sense, my name isn’t even attached to this account so how can you possibly know who I am? Also why was I told I was banned?

I love going to Mark and Lachance. The people who work there are respectful, friendly and most generous with their knowledge. I so appreciate their enthusiasm and good humour. No matter what problem I present, they always come up with a solution. And they go out of their way to make their customers feel appreciated by giving little gifts like pens, calendars and Werther's Original. Such a sweet gesture. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

110 per cent professional .super nice bilingual staff and pleasant cant say enough how they handled my 93 year old mother treated her ans the patients there like gold companies can learn customer service from this place

Since its senior technicians relocated to France 3 years ago, the service by this supplier has nosedived. My 90-year old father was sold 2 hearing aids that required the purchase of a smartphone to pair together; a phone he had no interest in buying. As a result, they do not function properly. A doctor in geriatric care confirmed the model was not appropriate for a senior. Furthermore, one was defective from the first month following purchase. He has had to go into the establishment dozens of times during the pandemic because that defective hearing aid has required repairs 6 times. It has been away for repair far longer than in his ear. They refuse to hold the manufacturer accountable and to provide him with a replacement. They are also quite disorganized; sending my father away numerous times because they had a change in their schedules. A well known NPO in the sector has confirmed the decline in their service. I have called the clinic several times to voice my concerns and to attempt to resolve the recurring issues, but can never be transferred to a technician or the manager/owner. I have provided detailed explanations with the receptionist. Although I left my number, i was not given the courtesy of a return call. You mention that he dropped the hearing aid. However, they fall off his ear when he makes any forward movement of his head. I have personally observed this multiple times. They do not appear to be the correct size for his ears or are perhaps not suitable for someone who wears glasses?

In the 30 plus years I have been going to Mark & Lachance (now Lachance & Co.) I don’t have a single complaint or negative thing to say about them, just the opposite, from my very first visit they made me welcome, the staff is helpful and caring and Celine is fantastic, she goes out of her way to help in anyway she can and I am very, very grateful. My experience has been exceptional from the beginning, they are highly qualified and probably the best in audiology and hearing aid service, I highly recommend them without hesitation.

i have been served by this company for my hearing assistance for the past 5 years. These are highly competent and skilled personnel who treat their clients with much understanding and respect. In particular, Celine and Jean-Marc were extraordinary helpful in helping me achieve the maximal sound quality and connections of my hearing aids with all my computer devices. Their service is simply outstanding!

I chose to come to Lachance on the basis of reviews and I could not be moll re pleased. I was fitted with hearing aids but had some trouble adjusting to them. No problem. They let me come back several times until I was perfectly satisfied. Lachance provides professional and efficient service with a courteous, friendly client centred approach. It was a great pleasure to deal with every member of the Lachance staff. I am sincerely thankful for their service and my hearing aids, which have already made a most positive impact on my life. Hi Highly recommended.
