★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was in need of last minute care after being released from the hospital and Home Care Assistance was able to come in and provide assistance in a matter of days. They sent us two lovely caregivers (1 who even spoke Italian) to provide her with help in her rehabilitation. I don’t know what we would of done without them.

I have had trouble in the past with other care agencies, however, once getting into contact with Home Care Assistance it as an extremely smooth process. Having to go through the process of getting my grandmother full-time 24 hour care could have been extremely confusing, however, the care managers were there to help throughout the entire process. Once my grandmother started receiving care, the caregivers we're phenomenal! All great things to stay! 10 on 10 in every way!!

Staff are incredibly well trained, polite and ensure that my father receives the best possible care. Our care manager Maria is always available when needed! Thank you Home Case Assistance!

The Home Care Team was great and very supportive, not only to the client, but to my entire family. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who can afford it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Care Assistance provided such great care for our mother. Her wish was to stay in her home and this was getting more and more difficult for her. Our mother was a very independent and private person and really didn’t like the idea of a “stranger” in her home however, taking care of herself had become impossible. At first she wasn’t cooperative at all and we were concern that the new care arrangement would not work out. The incredible patience, creativity and kindness of our mom’s caregiver soon won her over. We also really appreciated the open communication we had with her caregiver. We would get daily feedback from her and if any problem would arise, we would work on a solution together. In all, it was a very positive experience and I am very grateful for all their efforts.

The nurses and caregivers were all extremely professional and consistent in providing the highest quality of care. We are also very grateful for Joey in HR who was always available to respond to any questions or concerns we had and who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience with Home Care was flawless. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.
