★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpers Care came through in a big way when my Mother returned from emergency hospitalization. We needed someone to quickly help care for her and ensure that my elderly father was not left to pick up the ball during this challenging time. Petra was able to find a wonderful resource to help us in the blink of an eye and we really appreciate all they was done in those 2 days. I would highly recommend Helpers Care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpers Care responded within few hour for our request for information and availability .
Care was put into place after a home visit.
The owner and worker assigned to us were professional, pleasant and attentive.
We had hoped to use their services longer but the patient’s condition deteriorated and the patient had to be moved into a new setting after only three days of home care.
Helpers Care was understanding of the fact we no longer needed them and even followed up to see how the patient was doing.

Petra is always reachable and able to offer solutions and suggestions to help us manage a difficult situation. The caregivers are warm and caring individuals who really are invested in ensuring our family member is well cared for. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this group of people! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked to Helpers Care and they sent a wonderful caregiver to look after my 90 year old mother who needed some help and companionship. It has been a wonderful experience for my mother and a relief to her family knowing that she is looked after and very happy with the sweet caregiver.
I was hesitant at first hoping it would be a good fit. I believe Petra works hard to pair up her caregivers with the client and has done a superb job for my mother.
I would definitely recommend Helpers Care to anyone looking for a caregiver.
It has been a wonderful experience and Petra did her best to calm me as I was nervous about the whole setup.
Thank you so much to Petra and Mary for looking after our mother.

a great relief for myself, my family and my 97 year old
uncle. I live in Alberta and he lives independently in
Quebec. The helpers are professional, they show
great empathy and give gentle care, being assertive
only when necessary. (Older folks have personality
and wit even in their later years!) The staff will call me
if they think he needs certain items to improve his
day. The Office Manager keeps in touch with me on a regular basis and does her best to assign the right staff with the most appropriate number of hours to see to his needs. My uncle has been much happier since Helpers Care started helping him out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petra and her team were exactly what I needed at a crucial time. With an operation scheduled, she was able arrange two great companions for me so I could leave hospital and recover at home. From the first time we spoke, I knew that Petra and her team would be there when I needed them and was reassuring me at every step.
In the days and weeks since my surgery, Petra has checked in on me with calls and texts and I’m so thankful that I found such an amazing team at such an important and stressful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful team! My mum had a fall on a Saturday and I had to find help 24/7 for a period of time. They were able to get someone the same day and subsequently able to work around my schedule for further care. My mum liked all the caretakers who sat with her and we didn't have any problems or issues. A big thank-you to all that helped me and mum. Petra, Helena, Leah, Sue, Tony, etc.
