★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to replace of doors and windows this summer as part of our home renovations. We contacted Portes et Fenetres Verdun this past August and met with Luc who first passed by our home to look at what we wanted to do. Then we met with him the following week at the store. He was very professional and very helpful. He spent the time he needed with us to make sure that we selected the windows and doors that we wanted. The installation team did a great job. The garage door was installed a little over one month ago by Patrick. Dave, John and Kevin installed the windows and doors a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was very professional, and the work was very well done. A last shout out to Lisa the installation coordinator who was very helpful in keeping me in the loops regarding installation dates. All in all, we are very pleased with the work that was done and the service that we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2017 I bought new windows for the whole house. Service was good and installation was done by a good team in one day. Installation was not great. They left a couple of large cracks in the walls and filled it up with a very unsightly foam. One of the windows was mis-aligned and did not lock. A large sliding door let in lots of cold air when closed and the track ices up so I can't close and lock it in the wintertime. Overall not very impressed for spending 10 000 dollars I expected far better quality. Spend your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My salesman was Patrick and i could not be happier with the whole experience. Patrick recommend window types and colors and they look beautiful and work wonderful . The installation team took 2 days to complete the work and what a job they did from the caulking of the outside joints the the finishing around the inside of the windows I could not imagine a better job . The whole experience was a pleasure so much so we had Verdun replace our front door and are garage door. I can't comment on after sales service because i haven't needed any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached the company because I wanted to buy 6 interior doors with installation. After a representative from the NDG store contacted me and left me a voice mail, I called back and I was transferred to 3 people (that never identified themselves). I was told not installation for interior doors (although the web page offers the service), not service for measure or in house visit (the web page also says that you offer the service) and the cherry of the cake was they do not provide neither a contractor to do it and I was told "to find it by myself" because it seems that a regular person is able to pull one out of a sleeve.
It is a shame because I liked the models, however my short interaction with the store already showed to me that bad customer service is the policy. I will be start looking again with other companies that are willing to actually bring solutions to the customer instead of problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought two window frames to get re-screened because the mesh had gotten eaten though by squirrels. They took both of them, charged me upfront ($76 for both) and called me back two weeks later to tell me that they were ready.
Upon getting there, I inspected the new meshing and noticed they weren't tight. I applied a bit of pressure to the outer sides to see where the issue was, and the mesh simply popped out. This happened in front of them and we both agreed that they would be re-done.
A week later, I come back to get them again, and they were only slightly /better than the last time. I pointed out the issue, and was told to wait for the manager. Thirty minutes later and no manager in sight, I picked up my frames and left.
And that's why I'm leaving a single star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The windows that they installed in my house have all lost their gas and lasted only 8 years. They came and changed them and the gas has leaked again not even two years later. Spend a bit more and get better quality. I called them and they don't even bother to call back.
