The service department came to pick up the bike (2020 S1000RR) from me in march for a simple recall, little did I know they needed the bike to be with them to order the required parts (which makes absolutely no sense). Please keep in mind the bike was running fine before all this. So anyway I had to wait a month for the recalled part to arrive and only after waiting this long did they realize that there was a broken part that needed to be ordered as well, of course that part took just about 2 months to arrive and the bike does not run without it, when the bike was finally ready 3 months later, I got it back for 1 day and it gave me a check engine light and stalled on me on the highway, I took it straight back to them, and it has now been 3 weeks waiting on a new part that has no estimated delivery time and isn’t available anywhere in Canada. They never answer their phones when I call for an update, and never call back when I leave messages. I always have to drive up there to get an answer. To be fair Franck Parent (the master technician) has been apologetic about the whole issue and seems like he’s trying to help out and I appreciate that, but the bike has 1300 kms on it and we’re almost halfway through the season. Unfortunately, apologies will not bring back 4 wasted months (and counting). Paid $2k for registration this year, and the bike costs near $30k and right now it’s sitting there like a piece of junk and all I hear is “sorry we don’t have a part” or “sorry I don’t have anything for you yet”. It’s a simple fuel pump, not asking for an engine replacement here, this should be a readily available part, if not here, somewhere around the country at least. If this is the BMW service standard then I’ll be damned because Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki are miles ahead with their quality and I am sure they can at least find a fuel pump somewhere around Canada or the States. The least that you guys can do is pick up the damn phone when I call or call at least once a week to update me with something like “we’re still on it” or “we’re still looking for the part for you” because at this point it doesn’t even seem like you guys remember you still have my bike. I have been very patient and this review is long overdue, hoping BMW Canada sees the kind of service being offered at its dealerships.

Service is on time and well done. Knowledgeable staff that know the BMW machine. I especially like to see the workshop very clean and orderly.

I purchased a bike from Normand as an out of province buyer and got a great bike for a great price. Normand took care of arranging the shipping to me and the bike arrived very quickly and exactly as expected, without any issues. Even while he was on vacation, Normand was quick to reply to any questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including after the sale when trying to get my Quebec tax refund as an out of province buyer. Despite being out of province, I would buy another bike from Normand without hesitation.

Big dealership. Motorcycle sales and kit sales. Good selection of riding gear, no junk, good quality products. Pleasant experience

Bought a bike. Set up to pick up on Friday 5Pm. Sales person not there. Find the bike it doesn’t start. Today Saturday 6:24 . I have yet to hear from them. Should I cancel the purchase?

Despite being a bit far from DT I went to this store when I was searching around for a modular helmet. Both times the young guys in the boutique were nice and friendly, no rush no mean face. When I compare them with a few other motorcycle big shops in Montreal I’ve experienced they get a 5-star (at least for sales). I didn’t shop here because of my size/color not available but they’ll be on top of my shopping list for next helmet!
