J'ecris sur leur page facebook pour avoir des info sur une moto ...je décide de la prendre et commence le processus de Crédit .... Quand j'Apelle 2 jours apres on me dit qu'elle est VENDU....vue que j'avais pas donner de dépot ( chose que on ne m'As jamais demander ). Quand le vendeur a sue que j'était aprouver ..il m'As parler d'une autre machine...qui finalement n'était plus dispo ......ca as fini par trouve en un a ton gout on va aller le chercher ..j'ai donc tout canceller . Service de financement tres courtois Car externe. Pire expérience de vente ever ...le vendeur est arrogant et mal polies, vous tutois et vous prend pour un grand chum ....
I write on their facebook page for info on a motorbike ... I decide to take it and start the Credit process .... When I call 2 days later I am told that it is SOLD ... . seen that I had not given a deposit (something that I have never been asked). When the seller knew that I was approving .. he told me about another machine ... which finally was no longer available ...... it ended up finding one to your taste we will go get it .. so I canceled everything. Very courteous financing service External car. Worst sales experience ever ... the salesperson is arrogant and rude, you call you and thinks you are a great boyfriend ....

Il y a aucun danger je revienne pour que l’ont corrige la situation j’ai déjà discuté avec vous puisque votre prix a augmenté de 40$ après avoir commandé une pièce et laisser un depot .. perdre sont nom pour 40$ ??‍♂️??‍♂️ Bonne continuation

i bought the 2" lift kit for my zforce 800 ex and i have been trying to get a hold of them without any success, how hard is it to response to one of your customer, i dont have much nice things to say about them but iil say this,never will i buy anything else again from these people and now i know why i order my stuff from over the border and have much better service.

Im from Alberta and I ordered a snorkel kit from this company April 20th and today it’s July 23rd and I just got my package. After it was just over a month after I ordered it I called to ask why I haven’t got it yet and they told me it’ll be send in a week or two. In a week or two I called back and they told me the same thing so I got them to dig deeper and found out that the supplier “forgot” to ship it. I asked them if I could just get my money back and they said they would have to charge me a $80 restocking fee so I decided to keep waiting. In another week or two I called again and found out that they still haven’t got it yet but said they’ll have it in a couple days and would ship it as soon as they got it. I went to call this morning to just cancel my order since I still haven’t got it and I found out that they did send it a month ago but they did not let me know or send me a tracking number and they put the wrong phone number on my package so purolators was unable to get ahold of me. I will never do business with this company again and would give 0 stars if I could.

Do not order anything from this place. No order confirmation. No email from website. No tracking code. Emailed owner and no response after 3 attempts. I called and was sent to voicemail every time. Now I have no idea if my items are shipped or if they have just taken my money and not sent anything. This is not the way to do business. It’s not difficult to respond to a customer by email.
