★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They workmanship warranty of 6 years is a myth. They installed Bay window on our 14 Townhouses and 3 had leaks right away, one owner has a mold on the window now in 2019. They do not answers calls, got the money and done with you. They also charge you an arm and a leg. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know who the other reviewers dealt with but my experience with this company is the worst. Having signed the contract on September 11, 2018. Micheal Grempel and his crew came in November and replaced 8 windows and 2 patio doors. One window was broken during installation another was delivered with the wrong size and the front door transom never came at all.
Micheal originally told me it would take 2 weeks to replace the broken window and say it was easy to replace it. It was never replaced. I called and spoke to Micheal on several occassion and he told me he was picking up the transom from Quebec city and the other windows was ready but it was too cold and getting close to Christmas holidays so I gave them the benefit of the doubts and told him I want the windows fixed and replaced in spring asap as I have family visiting. IT IS NOW end of MAY 2019 and after contacting Michael on multiple times and each times he would have some excuses and promise to call me back. There was NO call back. Now I have resorted texting and emailing him to try resolve this situation. I have yet to hear from him.
If you have read this review buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael Grempel runs Optimum Pro as well as Barleon construction. We used him for our back yard patio reno as well as our basement window installation. The window seems to be ok so far, but overall our experience with Michael was very poor. He is disorganized and unprofessional. His quotes are sloppy and he made a mistake in his pricing and refused to honor his price. The crew he hired for our patio work destroyed our new pool liner and Michael refused to take responsibility. He was never present. I do not recommend Michael Grempel, Optimum Pro, or Barleon construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their service. We got our windows and doors installed 2 years there and got a very bad service. To this day, one of our windows has a lost of mist form on it, we've been contacting them for the past two years and the customer service is AWFUL. They never came to repair them. We also had our entrance door installed and clearly said we wanted it dark brown. Michael had the audacity to install a black door with brown door frames and acted like it was normal. We had to REQUIRE and PUSH him to change the door (colour) so it all matched before we paid him or else he probably would've done the same thing as the window and just never show up to repair it. Would 100% not recommend this company, it'll be a pain more than a joy.
