Nice pace of dialogue, listened, managed expectations, clearly explained options for cellular plan to save me money. He does a follow up and makes sure you don't have any unanswered questions! i am so happy my wife and i switched over to Telus and we both feel very fortunate to have Aaron look after us. It's so nice to see someone that not only takes pride in his work but you can tell he loves his job.
