β β β β β 3rd time that i ordered from there Taco bell, and i always get the same Crunch wrap supreme. And look what i get (refer to picture) bottom is what they "advertise" and the top what i always get. I always give the benefit of the doubt, maybe itll actually have beef this time. Nope. Just a vegeterian wrap. For $7 dollars chopped lettuce

β β β β β TERRIBLE customer service, the most negative trash experience Iβve ever had in my LIFE!!
Sign was lit up, inside was lit up, window was open, hours on the website for this location say 11pm! Sat at the intercom for 5 mins with a line behind me, nobody said anything, went to the window, they ignored us for 10 minutes til we said hello? We let the manager know there was upset customers waiting & he said I know & just gave attitude. No apology, didnβt acknowledge our existence & now thereβs just a bunch of hangry people that will never come back. -89/10 ! the manager is RUDE.

β β β β β They screwed up my order, but the guy was honest about it and refunded me the money. Where I might not of noticed it till way later.he was good.
Kitchen staff could have been more organized. They seemed to have been more focused on the skip the dishes delivery guys. My mother's taco supremes had no sour cream and no tomatoes, she had to go ask for sour cream.
The only reason I'm giving a better rating is because the guy was honest and the bathroom's weren't disgusting.

β β β β β This has to be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The intercom system in the Drive-Thru sounds like something out of a Charlie Brown TV show. I ordered and then got pulled ahead to be number six in line to wait and waited over 20 minutes for my meal and this wasn't even during rush hour. Never again will I come to this location. Negative stars on the rating system is definitely needed. Worst part is, the food didn't even taste fresh. Had I waited this long for food, getting it fresh would have at least got a couple more stars. But what more could I expect from Taco Bell? At least my colon will get a good cleanse from eating this garbage.

β β β β β I absolutely love this place. The food is great. The service is great. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. They are very genuine. The stalls were clean. The tables were also very clean and tidy. I honestly donβt have a problem

β β β β β Really gross Taco Bell experience. When it hits, it hits. When itβs bad itβs really bad though. This was really bad. Seems like they use old oil or something. Think Iβm going to take a break from Taco Bell for a while after this one

β β β β β last week I asked for Pepsi they gave me ice tea. this week there drive-thru intercom was broken so I told her at the window. they gave me a Pepsi that was sitting in its cup so long that the cup was soggy. It was cold which means that they probably filled a bunch of to-go cups multiple days ago and handed them out. it was flat and I had to be careful every time I picked it up to not squeeze it like a children's juice box.

β β β β β Went through drive through but the intercom was broken and you had to wait for 1 person at a time to place an order, pay & collect your food then the next customer could pull up and order by the same process..... no service goals are getting met under this process lol. Food was decent for fast food.
