★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took forever upgrading my phone. The mall closed while I waited. I found out later that they had cancelled it twice in the system and I was charged $120 in processing fee. Extremely rude manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good phone service good rates. CS didnt have no CS they were very stiff . Was with them for over 5 yrs and my phone got water damaged I told them . They offered me a BlackBerry bold I was using a Samsung S5 . No thanks .
