★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are great. Went to switch my phone to a month to month, no contract to sign (had my own device) they did it no problem, took 10 minutes. Their service is very good, data speed is good on mobile. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Good experience.
Update: Went in to see about warranty on my phone. Found out no warranty left so purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3. Very good and knowledgeable staff to set me up. Great experience. Highly recommend.

He fully understood the features of the phone he was selling me and made sure all files were transferred and i was set to go before leaving the store, reminding me to call him anytime.
I will continue to recommend Telus to anyone that asks.
