1ère fois pour le commander (pas en stock)
2eme fois j’ai attendu 45 minutes en fil pour me faire dire de repasser car le client en cour durerais encore 40 minutes
3ème fois j’arrive à 16h…il avait un client en fil avant moi et après avoir attendu 10 minutes je me suis fait dire de repasser car le client en cour avait un RV et que cela prendrait jusqu’à la fermeture…
Je déconseille fortement d’utiliser le point Roger à Victoriaville!!!Aller ailleurs!?

1st time to order it (not in stock)
2nd time I waited 45 minutes on the line to be told to come back because the client in court would last another 40 minutes
3rd time I arrive at 4 p.m. ... he had a client in line before me and after waiting 10 minutes I was told to come back because the client in court had an appointment and that it would take until closing ...
I strongly advise against using the Roger point in Victoriaville !!! Go elsewhere! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rogers à su m'offrir un service à la hauteur de mes attentes en changeant mon téléphone défectueux pour un neuf après 13 mois d'utilisation. Ils m'ont pas seulement donné un nouveau téléphone mais en plus, ils m'ont donnés un téléphone plus récent (un S21 au lieu d'un S20). Donc, je peux dire que Rogers a à coeur ses clients ! Un gros 5/5 pour moi!!
Rogers was able to offer me a service that met my expectations by changing my defective phone for a new one after 13 months of use. They not only gave me a new phone but they also gave me a newer phone (an S21 instead of an S20). So, I can say that Rogers cares about its customers! A big 5/5 for me!!
