★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avant j'aimais beaucoup aller au ebgames de Victoriaville, mais depuis quelques semaine je trouve le service moins commode, quand j'appelle pour savoir si il y a un jeu en stock ça me répond automatiquement qu'ils ont rien en magasin. Comme si on dérangerais les employés avec nos questions, bref ce n'est pas très professionnel.
 Before, I really liked going to ebgames in Victoriaville, but for the past few weeks I have found the service less convenient, when I call to find out if there is a game in stock, I automatically answer that they have nothing in store. As if we would disturb the employees with our questions, in short, it is not very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue de l’expérience avec ce magasin, j’ai passé pour voir s’il restait des Xbox série X. Il sont affiché à 599$ sur leur site. Cependant en arrivant sur place on me dit que je doit obligatoirement acheter une garantie prolongé de 100$ et 1 mois de xbox live à 20$. On me ment que Microsoft les obligent à vendre des garantie prolongé et des mois de Xbox live avec les consoles… Microsoft n’oblige à rien du tout quand on achète en ligne. En suite il se met à dénigrer la console que je venais acheter en dénigrant Microsoft, Bill Gates, les taxes et le tout relié à la COVID… bref, j’ai laissé tombé le projet de me procurer la série X dans ce magasin et je l’ai acheté en ligne chez Microsoft. Par curiosité, j’ai appelé l’OPC pour leur demander si on pouvais obliger quelqu’un à acheter plus que ce qu’il s’attendait à débourser. On m’a expliqué que le « bundle » devait être afficher sur leur site pour être légal. Donc si la console était affiché à 599+100+20=719 taxe en sus, pour une console + la garantie + le live. Cela serait légal. Mais dans le cas contraire, non.
En résumé, Eb Games essais de faire de l’argent sur la rareté des consoles… plus tôt minable de leur part.
