★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir cherché pendant quelques temps un modèle précis de guitare (Godin Redline 3) je l'ai trouvé ici. La communication par courriel est rapide. Une fois sur place le personnel est professionnel et aussi compétant que dans une boutique de musique spécialisée. Au final il s'agissait d'une édition limitée pour un prix plus que raisonnable dans un état remarquable. Merci !
 After looking for a specific model of guitar for some time (Godin Redline 3) I found it here. Email communication is fast. Once there, the staff are professional and as competent as in a specialized music store. In the end it was a limited edition for a more than reasonable price in remarkable condition. Thank you !

Dans un contexte où plusieurs clients étaient présents en magasin, et malgré le personnel réduit bien intentionné, il y a eu confusion dans un échange par Messenger sur le prix et la garantie.
Le patron a pris la peine de me contacter personnellement. Il a été très courtois, professionnel et compréhensif... tout comme le personnel. Il a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour clarifier la situation.
Je tiens à mentionné que de nos jours, il est rare d'avoir un tel retour respectueux et amical de la part d'un gestionnaire/entrepreneur.
Je recommande grandement ce commerce et ses employés. Ils méritent la confiance et le respect.

In a context where several customers were present in store, and despite the well-intentioned reduced staff, there was confusion in an exchange by Messenger on the price and the guarantee.
The boss took the trouble to contact me personally. He was very courteous, professional and understanding...just like the staff. He took all the time necessary to clarify the situation.
I would like to mention that nowadays, it is rare to have such respectful and friendly feedback from a manager/entrepreneur.
I highly recommend this business and its employees. They deserve trust and respect.
