Il a pu répondre à toutes mes questions me confirmant que c'est vraiment ce dont j'avais de besoin. Je revenais souvent et il était toujours aussi aimable et empathique. Lorsque le produit est (enfin) arrivé en boutique, il m'a lui-même appelé pour m'aviser et m'en réserver un. Je le recommande désormais au gens de mon entourage lorsqu'il est question d'électronique ? et je vous le recommande à vous aussi!
5 stars for the incredible follow-up and service of the new manager Christian. I wanted a product before the holidays that was out of stock (obviously). He was able to answer all of my questions confirming that this is really what I needed. I came back often and he was always so kind and empathetic. When the product (finally) arrived in the store, he called me himself to let me know and reserve one for me. I now recommend it to people around me when it comes to electronics ? and I recommend it to you too!

Ayant acheté un téléviseur de grand format 75". J'ai dû me débrouiller avec ma fille pour traîner le téléviseur jusqu'à l'extérieur du centre d'achat parmi les gens, une distance d'entre 800 et 1000 pieds. Sois disant qu'aucun d'entre eux n'était disponible pour m'aider. On m'a répondu "on est short staff on peut pas quitter le magasin". Il n'y avait aucun client.
On m'a offert un diable en me disant que je devais le rapporter mais qu'il n'était pas certain que ça tiendrait.
De plus la commande est arrivée avec quelques semaines de retard.
Extrêmement déçue de mon expérience.
Deplorable customer service. The two sellers have no interest in serving us.
Having bought a 75 "wide format TV. I had to make do with my daughter to drag the TV outside of the mall among the people, a distance of between 800 and 1000 feet. that none of them were available to help me. I was told, "we are short staff, we cannot leave the store." There were no customers.
I was offered a devil telling me that I had to bring it back but that he was not sure it would hold.
In addition, the order arrived a few weeks late.
Extremely disappointed with my experience.
