★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est confirmé pour plusieurs items .... ils me conseille les commandes en lignes, ils ont de moins en moins de matériel électronique ils gardent ce qui se vend régulièrement pour tout autre pièces électronique moins en demande ... n'ont pas en magasin. ... donc avant de vous déplacer vérifier en ligne , et dirigé vous vers les sites électronique en ligne vous allez épargner du temps et de l'argent...?

Ils annoncent des produits en promotion en ligne et en circulaire, ils affichent ces prix en magasin et lorsqu'on vit pour se procurer ces produits, on a une surprise à la caisse. On nous dit qu'il s'agit d'une produit très similaire avec un code barre différent, qu'il n'est plus en stock et que le produit similaire en magasin est le double. Il s'agit d'une leurre et l'employée peu qualifiée n'arrive pas à démentir le fait quand on constate que le magasin s'adonne à des pratiques commerciales décevants et légalement discutables. Également, lors de notre visite, une autre commis cherchait visiblement à se débarrasser d'un autre client insatisfait de son achat sans jamais vraiment lui offrir de solution quand il expliquait s'être fait avoir pendant la promotion du vendredi fou.

They advertise promotional products online and flyers, they post these prices in store and when you live to get these products, there is a surprise at the cash register. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acheter local..non.. pas a la source...j ai voulu clavarder ça a pris 4 fois pour y arriver..apres m avoir fait niaiser 3 fois la quatrieme fois ils m on fermer le clavardage avant de me répondre.acheter local oui mais pas à la source.des incompétants(es) le propriétaire dort au gaz...nous sommes désoler de votre expérience..bla..bla..bla...continu à dormir!!!!

J'ai demandé l'exactitude des prix et le vendeur a refusé et ma indiqué que si je n'étais pas heureuse d'aller magasiner ailleurs ce que j'ai fait....On est le 2 janvier et il commence très mal la nouvelle année avec son air de dégoût et de supériorité je suis une professionnelle et mère de famille et je mérite d'être traité d'une manière cordiale.
The seller was condescending prices were not the same ones displayed ??? I asked the accuracy of the price and the seller refused and I said if I was not happy to go shopping elsewhere what I did .... It is January 2 and it starts badly the new year with an air of disgust and superiority I am a professional and a mother, and I deserve to be treated in a cordial manner.

Le gérant sait très bien ce qu'il fait et fait le pas de plus pour rendre satisfaits ses clients. J'y ai été pour un nouveau téléphone et après multiples bugs dans le système, il a été capable de régler la situation et a persévéré pendant 2 heures jusqu'à temps que ça fonctionne. Je recommande La Source Victoriaville à tous ceux qui veulent se procurer un téléphone avec forfait. C'est mon deuxième téléphone que je prends là-bas et je suis plus que satisfait! Très satisfait du service, merci beaucoup!
By far the best experience I have had in store! Smiling and friendly staff, they are friendly and answer all your questions. The manager knows very well what he is doing and goes the extra mile to make his customers satisfied. I was there for a new phone and after multiple bugs in the system it was able to fix it and persevered for 2 hours until it worked. I recommend La Source Victoriaville to anyone who wants to purchase a phone with a plan. This is my second phone that I take there and I am more than satisfied! Very satisfied with the service, thank you very much!
