★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place it terrible I had a terrible experience and they have really bad service are are really rude and useless and kind of resists they don't know what they are doing and are extremely rude to there costumers and compliant to me that I was wrong and that when the treats said 2 dollars off a five dollars treat bag they are extremely rude and have no common so for that I suggest that no one goes there anymore the one in dauphin sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner caused a lot of damage to the brand name and public relationship. Dauphin was already limited on employment and she made it worse. Bringing sask workers and booting out the locals, including ruining the retirement of the long running manager who had helped many people throughout the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner ruined the petvalu name. She came in and swept out every dauphin resident from their jobs in a matter of months. Replaced everyone with a single teenage girl she brought in from another province.
Petvalu please fix this. This was an amazing store before sarah took over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order online for pickup. Without calling or emailing me the order was cancelled even though the products were still in stock according to the website. Went to Pet Junction instead. Sucks because I had to travel for two hours to get to Dauphin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl working at Pet Valu was very help and informative! She showed me pros and cons when choosing the right products I needed for my dogs. Love that they actually care about our pets and not just try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Will definitely come here for all my pet needs!
