From the initial contact over the phone to helping me out in person, his professionalism was fluent. It was very clear that he was truly knowledgeable in the product and he also helped me to secure some financing in a no pressure environment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried communicating with them via email to get a quote for a vehicle i am interested in. I have already done my research, and know the model, trim and colour that I want.
Robert, their internet coordinator, responded once to my email and pushed me to call or come into the dealership. Informed him that I have a very busy schedule so I would like a full quote before coming in to ensure that their dealership is not doing markups due to supply shortage. Robert has since stopped responding to my emails. Will now be discussing my purchase with another mazda dealer.

Probably the best Mazda dealership I ever experienced, super friendly staff - Sara Anton (VIP Sales Representative) and Varun Kumar (Financial Services Manager)! Both were super understanding and always puts the customer to its first - even when I had questions or concerns, they made sure those are dealt first and still ensure you remain happy. Throughout and stress-free experience made a huge difference, as all past dealership I attended to was all about forcing you to sign and make a deal within in the same day, however this 401 Dixie Mazda was not. Such a wonderful experience overall, thank you Sara and Varun!!

Back last year I had a wonderful experience purchasing a 2021 CX-3 They were kind, thoughtful, and very courteous during my buying experience. It was definitely a fun experience.
