All questions answered knowledgeably and and with patience. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing this kind of service.

His customer service was very friendly and his expertise was very impressive. We picked out our water heater at the Home Depot and it was entered promptly into their computer. 4 Season’s contacted us the next day and we made arrangements for them to come to our home and let us know if it was possible to side vent the water tank. Robert came to our home with a cheerful disposition and assessed our basement and reported to us that he would be able to side vent our water heater much to our delight. He came the next day with Michael during the rain and carefully placed tarps on our steps and we put out our own tarp at the front entrance so our carpeting would be protected. They two men were very careful bringing in the new water heater and removing the old one. The worked together very diligently and did a very clean installation. They knew exactly what needed doing and did a very professional job. Our expectations were exceeded and we were so pleased to have 4 Season’s Partnered with the Home Depot. Should I need any plumbing done in the future, this is the place I will call and request Robert to provide the service. Mona and Gary Winnipeg, Mb.

From the person who took the call on a Saturday morning, to the manger who called back a short time later to confirm the details for the replacement of a hot water tank to the technician who performed the installation. Everything promised was delivered in a friendly, timely and professional manner and for the price quoted! We were very pleased. Thanks

Jay showed up about 45 minutes later, and got my furnace up and running in about 30 minutes. Overall less then 90 minutes from my call to a working furnace. Highly recommend 4 seasons if you need to get work done.

I was charged twice for the same service call for the same issue because it wasn't corrected the 1st time. I tried to discuss the additional charge with the staff but was met with nothing but resistance and was treated rudely. I will never call this company again for service of any kind and don't recommend them to anyone!!! A business relies on its customers to survive. 4 Seasons doesn't care about the customer. Do NOT use this company for your HVAC needs as they are crooks!

The installers were great and so was the individual that came and did the estimate. The owner helped us with an issue we had a few years later regarding the replacement of the filters. The issue we had was... We had to travel across the city to purchase the filter. However, when we go to the store front they closed early. A huge inconvenience. I spoke to a staff member that really didn't help other than blame me for it. The owner then got involved and called me. She was amazing. Kind and caring. She helped us get the furnace filter delivered to our home with very little extr cost to us. I would recommend them for a high efficient furnace install. But just make sure to purchase extra filters. Save yourself a headache if you live far away from the store.

Edith was very helpful from the start and told us exactly what needed to be done, Chelsea work with us on the paper work and installation appointment and Bar the technician did an excellent job!!! Over all, a very professional company with people who deal with you like friends. Highly Recommended!!! You will not be disappointed with 4 seasons!!!
