What an exceptional experience from my first contact to schedule a quote, planning and furnace installation. I was very impressed to get a next day appointment for a quote when I first contacted Pyramid via their chat feature. My quote was promptly provided with no pressure from them to make a quick decision. My installation was not just a swap of a furnace but included it to be relocated and new duct work installed and vents moved. The entire team fully explained the planning and installation process and answered all my questions when I had them. They are a very professional and customer service focused team I am more than happy to recommend. I look forward to working with them again when it's time to install my new A/C unit.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The pilot light on our furnace would not stay lit, so I called Pyramid. Jeff came out and pretty quickly told me that the problem with our pilot light was the gas valve that would cost around $600 to fix, and that we would be better off investing in a new furnace. Later in the day a friend of mine said that if the pilot light would not stay lit, it was about a 99% chance that the thermocouple was gone and that it was an easy fix. So I watched a YouTube video about replacing thermocouples, went to Rona and spent $11.29 on a new one and had it installed myself in about five minutes. Furnace works beautifully now. I am not sure if this is because I am a senior (63) and Jeff saw me as an easy sell on a new furnace or what, but there is no doubt that he was fully aware that the thermocouple needed replacing. He flat out lied to me so be forewarned, this is not an honest company. Just a followup to this post, the next day we had another furnace company attend at our home to make sure that our furnace was safe and properly operable. The only thing they found was a cracked belt on the fan which they recommended we could replace easily. They told us the quarter-inch hairline crack that Jeff said was a serious problem was not even significant but that if we were worried about it he would recommend having it examined again in 2-3 years. As for the gas valve that Jeff said was faulty, well apparently it works perfectly fine which the easy replacement of the thermocouple proved. All of this was BS and I would recommend everyone stay very clear of this company. There is no excuse for what went on here and it is particularly concerning that IMO these folks are taking advantage of seniors and/or other vulnerable customers.

Overall job done well. But problems unique to the house and the installation arose. More specifically the installation of the exhaust and intake piping. Absolutely disgusting job. Never seen anything like it. Although they, Pyramid Heating tried to correct them, they ultimately never did correct the problem. I felt we acquired the furnace and installation at a good price, that they cut short there subsequent repair because there margin was to tight. Would not recommend. There are better companies.

I had a very positive experience with Pyramid Plumbing and Heating. Mike was wonderful to deal with. He and his company provided quality customer service. Mike was available at any time through out the day and evening as well as on weekends to answer any questions I had. They were very accommodating, they work on my schedule and time frames. They gave me a date for the furnace installation and were not able to do it for that date, so when they changed it, they offered me an additional service at no cost for the inconvenience. I was very happy with their service !!

We had a furnace breakdown on a cold Saturday evening. From the first call for service, Miguel was great. A new furnace was needed and Dustin came over . Great service from him. The installers, Cam and Brandon were very polite and professional. The whole process right from beginning to end was super. I would recommend Pyramid in a heartbeat. Thanks Pyramid team.

The award for worst attitude to customer service goes to!! I have such a mixed bag of opinions on this company. We chose this company to install our air conditioner in our new build house in 2017. Installation wise they were quick and efficient and left a very good impression, sadly that’s where it ends. We had issues with the aircon almost instantly and they had to come out and make some adjustments but it seemed to keep our house super cool for the rest of the summer. We covered up our unit for winter and when starting up it wasn’t cooling the house. We called and got someone out again, he said it was low on coolant and he re pressured the system which again seemed to get it up and running. So this is where our problem lays. Each year when we start up for summer our air conditioner doesn’t work correctly. Each year we call out their engineer and each year they mention that the air conditioner isn’t the correct size for our house (it is the size they recommended) usually when their engineer comes out it seems to rectify whatever the issue is. Sadly this year it was not the case. We started it running early in the year this time anticipating issues again (we weren’t wrong). Their guy came out and adjusted a few things said it was working fine but it’s just not cooling our house. Usually we would hardly be able to touch the vents for the cold but not this time, we left a message explaining the issue and this is where it gets nasty. So technically the system is working but it’s running 24/7 and not cooling the space. It’s struggling even when it’s not especially cold outside. I had 2 independent companies take a look both said the unit wasn’t large enough for our home, I then had what I believe to be the company owner call me. Wow was he aggressive!!! He came at me all guns blazing but I held my own. I told him I was trying to work with him to come up with some kind of agreeable outcome and whilst I was trying to set forth some possibilities he just kept saying over and over nothing wrong with the unit or the size and he wasn’t footing the bill to replace it (I had actually not ever suggested that so perhaps a guilty conscience) he is also aware I have a medical condition where staying cool is very important. So we had this conversation on May 21st and he was going to call me back after the weekend and almost 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. This guy told me he had never had a complaint in 40 years but what I think he meant to say was he hadn’t dealt with a complaint in 40 years. So if I was giving an honest rating it would be zero stars for the owner and his super aggressive attitude and pure lack of customer service. The 2 stars I have given are more due to his staff that have been out to our property numerous times and always tried their best, overall I guess great company until there is an issue, then don’t expect a resolution ?

I had an amazing experience with Pyramid. I took possession of my house in the middle of the warm wave this year. I called many companies with a request for a quote and installation of AC, and I've got quotes from just few. Pyramid has provided me a prompt quote with a fair price and more important, they were very fast on installation. Dustin, the sales manager, was very accommodating and managed to schedule an appointment as quick as possible. He has also managed to have my installation 2 days before scheduled date. Installation guys showed up on time and did a clean and quick work. All staff is friendly and very kind. I am super happy with the outcome!

Excellent service. This company came recommended from friends of ours and their service was fantastic. Dustin was great and he guided us through the Hydro loans easily. Install went smoothly and quickly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and understanding. Our new furnace and hot water tank look great and we are excited to get our AC installed this spring. Thanks!
