★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician Dave arrived within the hour of our call. He is knowledgeable and straightforward. Did a thorough inspection of the unit before recommending repair. Parts needed are in in his truck so the fix was quite fast. Unfortunately i have no price comparison but i was expecting the worse when it comes to this repairs. He left the area neat and we are happy with the service. I just hoped the furnace will last for another 10 years?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repair person was helpful, friendly, and professional. He did not force any services on us, simply advised us as to the appropriate action necessary to have a good working furnace. Explained everything in great detail and even left and extra filter with us that he had from another client who was not using theirs, since I did not have time to run out to Canadian Tire before work. Super impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace stopped working in the early AM on New Years Day. Service tech Jason showed wonderful service and expertise. He arrived at our home quickly, diagnosed the problem with our furnace, and discussed our options in terms of fixing our furnace or getting a new furnace. He made sure his company knew that we have 2 small children (one infant) so that everything going forward would be handled asap.
Trevor then came by a couple hours later to thoroughly discuss all of our options. He was very friendly and personable, and we ended the visit feeling really good about our decision to have our furnace replaced by Furnasman. It’s a huge purchase, and one that we were not expecting quite this soon, but Jason and Trevor really made the process smooth for us.

He does a thorough exam of our furnace and explains what he has done, and describes his findings during any repairs or cleaning procedures he performs. He gives us an accurate description of the condition of the furnace and any needs for additional work required, example duct cleaning. We have had Shaun to our house numerous times for maintenance on our furnace since we purchased it from Furnasman in 2003. We very much appreciate the pride he puts into his work and we are always very satisfied with his results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend this company as THE go to 24 hr emergency repair service in Winnipeg. They have pretty competitive prices and good promotional discount for their repair and cleaning services. A lot of companies tout themselves as a 24 hr service (I called around), yet no one picked up my call. Only Furnasman had the courtesy to call back right away and provide service when I needed it. Dave, the service technician did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Quality service and highly recommended.

Kevin was my first point of contact and I really appreciated his knowledge and approach, answering all my questions and leaving me with a quote and confidence immediately, while I waited days to hear back from others.
Given the size of my home and the age of my previous furnace, significant changes needed to be made including custom built duct work. Ricky was the guy to get this done and he did an incredible job. This was not a simple system replacement and after seeing the completed work I am so happy I went with Furnaceman over the other quoted options.
When the work was completed, Kevin followed up to ensure I was happy, answered even more maintenance questions from me and once again left me feeling confident in my choice. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim and Brad arrived on time, they were professional and personable. They had to troubleshoot the thermostat install but they got it figured out. By the end of the day I’m sitting in my nice warm house and will enjoy some hot water soon too! Rob the sales person went above and beyond to find someone to fix a sub-flooring issue found when the old equipment was removed. Overall this is a great company, with great customer service that went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy and comfortable!
