A	Alexander Albani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally every single time an amazon package of mine has been lost its been in the hands of Dynamex. This latest package was supposed to arrive on Nov 16. On Nov 21, when I could finally request a refund and after having inquiring about it, it showed as out for delivery. But again, it wasn't delivered.
J	JKG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This carrier is terrible! I would also give them a 0 review. Amazon uses them for some of their deliveries and every time something is delivered through them it is either late or lost. I hope Amazon drops them as a carrier so others don't go through the same issues.
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never received my package. I ordered 3 times and I never received my packages. Amazon didn’t even refund for one of them. Dynamics never delivered the package because I was home the entire time and I didn’t see anyone coming. So they are just keep everyone’s stuff and marking it as a delivered. THIS IS A SCAM AND THE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN. Amazon need to stop working with them!!!!
K	Kate A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't choose to use Dynamex but Amazon does. I can only assume that they are cheap. Almost every time I order items to be shipped to my office, they arrive a day late. Sometimes they say delivery was attempted and no one was there to receive it (not true) but often it's just a day late. When I order items shipped to my home, and there is no car in the driveway when they deliver, they assume no one is home so they don't ring the doorbell. I have a camera outside my house and I have checked this. @Dynamex should work on improving their service.
K	Kathleen Craciun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service saying they attempted delivery yesterday when they clearly didn't hello alot of people now days of cameras and doorbell camera like do your job properly the next day I waited all day and I see a van outside I go out it was obviously them but they never even came to the door the guy just stared at me and left I'm so sick of this and they should train these drivers how to read directions and house numbers properly. I would give a 0 but that's not an option.
L	Laurel Settee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left detailed instructions for delivery with Amazon. I also phoned Dynamex myself and asked that they make sure the packages are not left unattended. To wait for me to get to the door. Thankfully I was watching out the window all day. Otherwise my packages very likely would have been stolen. Not only that, but the driver -dropped- the packages on the ground. One of which contained sensitive electronics. Thankfully nothing was broken. But it easily could have been. Terrible service. If you're expecting a package via Dynamex, be sure to watch out for it. Also, hope your goods aren't damaged from poor handling.

Second time I have had a parcel they have lied about attempting to deliver, and they simply don't. Today's excuse was "attempt made but business closed"...well a) delivery location was my home, not a business and b) I have been home all evening. I tried calling customer service and what a farce that is, too! First time the line just went silent forever and I never spoke with anyone. Second attempt, lady muted me when she was "looking into it" and never returned to the call. Third time, the man on the phone was short, rude and kept cutting me off and said it isn't supposed to be delivered today. I would give this company negative stars, or no stars at all in this review if I could. Unless you want to deal with rude liars, horrible customer service and missing parcels, I'd suggest going with any other company on the planet.
m	meg tree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give them zero. According to their customer service, my late package is "somewhere in a warehouse" and will be delivered "within the next couple days".. Meanwhile, I'm held hostage at home waiting for the package so they don't return it to their warehouse again for another undetermined period of time. I'm cancelling my Amazon Prime membership because they can't remove dynamex as a carrier option on my account. No point paying for 2 day delivery when Amazon contracts this joke of a shipping company to deliver their packages.
